How do I order a hamper online?

1. Choose a hamper from our great range and click "Add to Cart"
2. Click "Cart" at the top of the page
3. If you would like to include a message with your hamper enter this in the "Greeting Card Message" box
4. Choose the preferred delivery date in "Pick a Delivery Date"
5. Click  "Checkout"
6. Enter your email
7. Enter the delivery address for the hamper
8. Click "Continue to Shipping"
9. Click "Continue to Payment"
10. Select payment method
11. Fill out payment information and select "Confirm Order" 

I live overseas; can I send a hamper to someone in NZ?

Yes, we have many customers in Australia, UK and USA who send hampers to friends and family in NZ.

What are the delivery charges?

$10 for all gift boxes, and $20 for all gift baskets and hampers.   Delivery is nationwide throughout New Zealand, including rural. For more information see our  page.

What currency are the prices on Christmas Hampers NZ?

All prices are in NZD.

I want to send hampers to a group of clients/employees, can I order multiple hampers?

Yes you can email us a list of names and addresses and we can take care of the rest. If you want more than 100 hampers, a discount will apply, and we can create a hamper to suit your needs.  We have delivered up to 400 hampers for one customer, and can easily cope with large orders.  

Can I specify when my hamper will be delivered?

Yes, there is an option to choose your delivery date in the checkout.

Can I include a personal message with my hamper?

Yes, write your message in the Greeting Message box when choosing your delivery method in the check out.  If no message is left we will put the following on the card  Merry Christmas From "Sender" to ensure the lucky person knows who the hamper is from.

Can I send a Christmas Hamper to someone outside of New Zealand?

We only deliver hampers to addresses in New Zealand.

Do you have non-alcoholic options available?

Yes, If you would prefer a non-alcoholic drink please let us know and we will substitute wine for an imported organic lemonade.

I'm having trouble making payment, what do I do?

If you are ordering from overseas we do sometimes have problems with our credit card providers blocking payments.  This is because of unusual activity on the credit card.  You do not order a hamper in another country every day.  Check with your bank to see if there is any reason they may be blocking the payment, otherwise please Contact Us  and we can work out how to solve this problem.
