Delivery Terms

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand for just $10 for all gift boxes and $20 for gift baskets and hampers. We aim to get your hamper delivered on the preferred delivery date you select when you checkout. Please allow a minimum of 3 working days from placing your order for delivery as it is a busy time of year, especially for couriers. Rural delivery areas will take longer.

We use Courier Post, which has the largest delivery network in the country, for all deliveries and aim to get the packages to you on time, however delays in delivery are beyond our control. You will be emailed a tracking number once your delivery has been dispatched.

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand and take the utmost care to package your hamper for delivery. When placing your order please add the recipient's contact phone number as it assists our courier if no one is at home at time of delivery and if they have had no response to a calling card. This will also ensure that your hamper arrives without problems and in time for Christmas. A mobile contact phone number is fine.

Check that the address you have entered is correct, as a simple typo can create a lot of problems delivering your package.

 

IF DELIVERY IS TO A:

Work Address:

Please include the Company Name and, if relevant, the Level or Department. This is essential for the courier to deliver the package to the right location.

Residential Address:

Please note that during the busy Christmas season, residential deliveries are usually left until the last run with the courier. By this time of the day someone may be at home to receive the hamper. If no one is at home a calling card will be left by the driver. We do not deliver without someone to collect the package as the hamper can be left in the sun and the contents may spoil. We want to ensure that your gift arrives in the best possible condition.

Apartment:

Please supply us with access details (including a phone number), if relevant, as sometimes it can be difficult for the courier to get into the apartment complex. Alternatively you may want to supply us with a work place delivery address.

 

We will deliver anywhere within New Zealand, your hamper will be carefully packaged in an outer box with a fragile sticker to ensure the courier handles your hamper with care. Please note that we can not offer a same day delivery service, you will need to allow 3 working days for your delivery and if the address is a rural (RD) address it can take up to 5 working days for delivery especially during the very busy Christmas season.Please ensure that your delivery details are 100% correct and remember that contact phone number!

ALCOHOL

We can arrange for alcohol to be included in your Christmas Hamper. Wine will be supplied directly by Waipara West Vineyard operating under their Cellar Door Off Licence 57/OFF/230/2018.  If you prefer we can substitute the wine with a non alcoholic product.  Please put a note with your greeting message if you want us to do this, or send us an email with your request.

Alcohol can only be supplied if both the purchaser and the recipient are over 18 years of age. By agreeing to our delivery terms you confirm that you comply with this requirement.
